Sara Bublitz, MAcOM, LAc
Sara Bublitz, L.Ac. is a licensed acupuncturist and instructor of medicine who is passionate about helping people feel balanced, supported, and truly at home in their bodies—at every stage of life.
Her work bridges science and intuition, blending the evidence-based power of acupuncture with the energetic depth of Pranic Healing. Patients often describe Sara’s treatments as both grounding and uplifting, offering a sense of safety, renewal, and possibility.
With almost 20 years experience in women’s health, Sara is deeply committed to guiding patients through the full spectrum of their reproductive and hormonal journey. From easing painful periods and PMS, to enhancing fertility—whether naturally or with the support of IUI and IVF—she offers compassionate, personalized care that empowers patients to feel more connected and confident in their bodies. She also offers gentle support during pregnancy and through the profound transitions of perimenopause and menopause. Sara approaches these shifts not as obstacles, but as natural, meaningful passages in a woman’s life. She walks alongside her patients with compassion, helping them feel supported, understood, and more at ease as they navigate hot flashes, night sweats, sleep changes, and mood fluctuations. With her care, these seasons become less about struggle and more about discovering resilience, renewal, and a deeper connection to self.
Sara brings a strong focus to mental health, supporting those navigating burnout, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. She also creates an affirming and inclusive space for the LGBTQ+ community.
Her approach is compassionate, practical, and deeply personalized—rooted in the belief that healing is not just about reducing symptoms, but about empowering each patient to feel safe, seen, and supported on their unique healing journey.
