Krissy Rock, L.Ac, FABORM

Krissy is a licensed acupuncturist who approaches Chinese medicine as both an art and a science, blending evidence-based care with intuition, deep listening, and genuine presence. Her treatments are designed to feel nurturing, grounding, and thoughtfully tailored to each person, honoring the body’s natural wisdom and capacity to heal.

Krissy is also a mother of three, and much of her clinical approach is deeply informed by her own experiences through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the emotional transitions of parenthood. This lived understanding brings an added layer of compassion, insight, and gentleness to the care she provides.

Her primary clinical focus is reproductive and perinatal health. As a Fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine (FABORM), she supports individuals and couples trying to conceive naturally as well as those navigating assisted reproductive technologies. She works collaboratively with patients, offering personalized, steady guidance through every stage of the fertility journey.

At the heart of her practice is connection. She believes healing happens when people feel truly seen, safe, and supported. As a new acupuncturist at Atma Health & Acupuncture and a recent transplant to Rochester with her family, she is excited to serve and grow alongside this community. Her goal goes beyond symptom relief — she aims to help patients build resilience, reconnect with themselves, and feel empowered in their health and lives.
