Kay Dennis

My first studies were in business. In 1987 I worked as an Office Manager for a Holistic Medicine Clinic. Over time I realized what happened in the practice was far more interesting, rewarding and compelling than the work I was doing.

In 1998 my life came to a crossroad. I could continue on the same path, just going through the motions…...or find the life I was meant to live.

I was drawn to healthcare. I looked into chiropractic and therapeutic massage. While visiting a massage school near the “U” on my way out of the building, I saw “Minnesota Center for Shiatsu Study”. I walked in and asked what they did there. A young lady talked to me and gave me a tour. Everything she described resonated with me. It felt like coming home. By the time I left I knew this was my path... and so it began.
